How far in advance can I book?

It is possible to book 18 months in advance. 

Are there any extra costs than those listed?

There is no extra charges such as a booking fee, administration, sheet music etc simply the fee quoted and possibly some mileage.

Our event is outside N. Ireland - do you travel to events elsewhere?

We are happy to travel throughout the UK, Ireland, and beyond.  The travel time and costs will be taken into consideration when pricing the entertainment for your event.

Can I hear some examples of music before I book?

Absolutely, some examples can be heard here. You can request a complimentary CD with a wide range of songs to choose from.

How long will it take the musicians to set up?

We will allow enough time to set up before your guests arrive. For example, if you book me as a solo singer, I can be ready in a couple of minutes, and with a larger ensemble we will be fully set up in 45 mins.

What is the musician's typical attire?

At the time of booking, please specify if you require a specific dress code e.g.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a deposit of 50% of the total booking fee is required to secure your booking.  After we have confirmed availability and agreed costs, I will forward a booking form for you to complete and return with your deposit.

When should I pay the balance?

You can choose to pay the balance of the fee either on the day of the engagement, or in advance if you prefer.

What happens if I cancel?

If you cancel less than four weeks from the date of the engagement, your deposit is non refundable. If you cancel more than four weeks from the date of the engagement, your deposit of 50% will be returned in full.
